Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning

 

Students learn how to design, install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems. Blueprint reading, electrical schematics, and operational sequencing charts are taught in preparation for certification exams.

Prerequisites at time of senior year enrollment:
Minimum of 17 total credits, of these 11 must be core credits (2.5 must be English, 1 must be Algebra), completion of Construction Innovations  or previous construction-related coursework, on track to graduate
